Shamideh Corporation consists of four major companies: Shamideh Weaving Factory, Shamideh Takmil, Shamideh Consulting, and Shamideh trading.

The corporation head office is in Tehran/Iran and it has also a representative in Germany.

The corporation operates through varieties of tasks including producing numerous kinds of synthetic woven fabrics such as lining, coated, and waterproof fabrics, also performing consultancy for textile factories, and trading in various fields such as importing and exporting different yarns, fabrics, chemicals, plus acting as several companies representatives in and outside of Iran.

Shamideh Textiles has the most reputation amongst the other four companies. The factory is a weaving factory using synthetic filament yarns (mainly polyester and polyamide) to produce plain and row fabrics mainly for Takmil Shamideh. Linings used in jackets and coats, also generating different kinds of coated fabrics applied to create jackets, backpacks, sacks, luggage, and truck covers.

The Shamideh Weaving Factory has also achieved the required technology to produce tear resistant and fire retardant fabrics.
Shamideh Takmil is a finishing company of the Shamideh Weaving Factory.

Row fabrics mainly delivered from Shamideh Weaving are finished, dyed, and coated to produce linings, water-repellent and waterproof fabrics. These can be used to create jackets, coats, backpacks, sacks, luggage, and van covers.

Fabrics can retain their waterproof ability even after when they are washed several times. The company has also achieved the required technology to produce fire retardant fabrics.
